My role as your interview coach is to help you articulate the value you bring and influence the hiring panel to see you as the preferred candidate even when you feel underqualified for the role.

Interview Coaching is for you if you’re highly qualified, experienced, and suitable for the role you’re interviewing for but:

you do not feel confident in your ability to sell yourself well

you feel overwhelmed by the interview process, interviewer(s) or the candidates you’re up against

you haven’t interviewed for a long while and are feeling rusty

you stumble when asked difficult questions or explaining your career history

you’re frustrated that your past interviews have not yielded success

AFTER COACHING YOU WILL:

speak with increased confidence and belief

gain tools and techniques to respond to difficult questions

walk away with a personalised action plan for your upcoming interview(s)
